Privacy Policy

What we collect

Contact details (name, email, phone), property details you provide (address, parcel, assessment values, notes, photos), your signed agent authorization, and payment status. Public county records about your property are gathered as part of your case.

How we use it

Solely to evaluate, prepare, file, and pursue your property tax appeal, to communicate with you about your case, and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

Who touches it

Service providers that make the product work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting). Your county's Board of Tax Assessors and Board of Equalization receive what an appeal legally requires (your name, property, opinion of value, evidence).

Retention

Case records are kept for 3 years after your appeal concludes (the 299(c) freeze period), then deleted. Ask sooner at any time: email us and we will delete everything not legally required to keep.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is restricted and logged. Customer links use unguessable tokens.
